National Bar

The National Bar offers a stylish means of enjoying your evening − over cocktails, exquisite wines and snacks. Here, locals rub shoulders with visitors to the city while cool blends with classical. The selection of malt whiskies is the bar’s calling card and rightly so, as it gives connoisseurs reason to rejoice. The National Bar has retained the original style of the 1870s and exudes the engaging charm of the turn of the century. People say it's the loveliest bar in town.

The Café César, our coffee shop with a bistro feel under the direction of Walter Gisler, is a place where hotel guests and friendly, easy-going locals meet up to start their day in style. Klingler's Ristorante

Jialu National

The restaurant Franz combines the imperial specialities of Viennese cuisine with the elegant appearance of the historically protected hall at Lucerne’s promenade. At the Franz the imperial flair is cultivated. The popular specialities, like Wiener Schnitzel and Tafelspitz are traditionally served. The menu is rounded with several popular meals and seasonal interpretations. Also the typical coffee-house culture of the imperial city is celebrated at the Franz. In the afternoons the restaurant turns into a traditional Viennese Coffee House. The showcase is full of cakes like Linzer, Sacher, Esterhazy and many more.
